2. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or consumed food products, including honey and nuts.
- Products that have been altered or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Initiate a Return

- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange an item for a different product, we will send you the replacement after we receive the returned item. If the replacement product costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
6. Restocking Fee
